      - Fun company - Friendly colleagues - Exiting, fun brand - Good company events - Good company performance

      Cons

      - Very poor management and leadership (constant change of priorities and indecisiveness) - Huge workload (doing the the work of at least 3 people) - Not any real formal training or development plan - Very young and inexperienced senior management team which showed very little humility to make the right informed decisions.

      -great networking -looks great on a resume -you get to participate in large scale events -freedom to operate without a supervisor breathing down your neck

      Cons

      -paychecks can be inconsistent with wages being pushed onto the next paycheck -expect you to expense stuff like parking and gas at times
