Great people trapped in an awful company - Live Subtitler Red Bee Media Employee Review

I'd echo every single con everyone else has posted. Terrible management, no career progression unless you want to become the person who cuts your former colleagues' breaks, impose new software on them that makes their lives five times harder having ignored their warnings that it will do exactly that, set productivity targets that make it impossible for them to do a good job but still blame them when viewers complain about bad subtitles... Awful pay, awful shifts, awful conditions. Subtitling friends, go freelance!
