Money is good. Monthly Bonus -- (when they didn't withhold it)

Cons

Discriminating & Stressful, Co Policy does not apply to all employee's. They say "family First"--That means THEIR family then yours. More like a cult. They forbid current employee's to talk to former employee's. No loyalty what so ever. The rich get richer & the dedicated hardworking get disrespected

We include families in our outside work events that we do and encourage everyone's to come. The hardworking do get acknowledged and are very much appreciated. Ok base pay and freedom…other than that our only motivation to sell is to not get fired.

Cons

No commissions whatsoever not sure why it's called a sales job. Also management or owners consider the sales reps as monkey's and do not care for our input or opinions. They do not like sales people and think we all make too much money. So the commission program takes a mathematician to understand figure out…also if an account goes past due 60 days you don't get anything!!!
