Good flexibility, able to pick and choose shifts to suit you, good team

None I can think of.

- Decent, long hours if you need it - Easy job for the most part - Opportunity to work at big events like concerts or festivals

- Extremely boring. Not specific to the company, but security overall - Minimum pay. Maybe 50c above minimum wage to put yourself in potentially dangerous situations - Need a COA by law. Not a bad thing, but getting licensed costs around $180. Minimum pay does not justify the cost. - May not give breaks at all during events
