Pros

Flexibility. There are lots of pretty things to look at.

Cons

Pay is $15 an hour and the raise schedule is unfair. The environment is very toxic. It’s an us-vs-them situation between warehouse and office even though we should all have the same goal. So much for women supporting women. There’s a lot of wasted time between socials and playing team-building games. Alcohol is also served during working hours frequently, usually around minors. The founder’s dog got an actual birthday party complete with huge cake, and the rest of us are lucky to even have our names read off a list when it’s our birthday. Hard work is not appreciated or rewarded. Emphasis is on fitting in, not working hard. There has been a noticeable decline in perks like free product. I question the ethics of some of my coworkers who do things when they think no one is watching.

Pros

Our manager and leads are incredible. They do constant recognition for everyone, create challenges for us, provide us opportunities to learn from them, and reward us for great performance. I love our socials when we get to hang out with the other teams. That's when I get to learn more about them and bond. I've gotten really close to my coworkers and we have fun choosing the music everyday and helping each other out.

Cons

The office and warehouse people are on two different sides of the building, which can make it hard for our team to see them. However everyone is always nice and approachable. It goes both ways to get to know each other, so you can't expect everyone to approach you to initiate a working relationship. When we do see each other, it's nice and we get to bond.

Pros

We get yearly anniversary gifts, free products, and the ability to test products before they are launched. We get annual cost-of-living increases and end-of-year bonuses. We do monthly socials when all teams get together and bond. Lead opportunities are presented when available. The company gives us Christmas gifts and they provide lunches and treats at some of our socials. Once a year we get to go do a big off-site company activity. Our founders genuinely care about you as a person and not just a number.

Cons

Summer can be slow, but it gives us extra days off.
