Pros
It's always busy and people wait at least 8 weeks to get a reservation here. It was the best money I've ever made until I got my current job! There's a parking garage that employees can cheaply if not freely park in.
Cons
Very fast paced–constantly. If you work upstairs(when I was there) we usually chose to pool our tips (3 servers max). Carrying and waning up the narrow stairs is scary and can be dangerous.
