      I liked the versatility in my internship as it not only included setting up meetings but also relationship building with the client and handling day-to-day issues for the client as well. This live experience has helped me to learn more about relationship management and problem solving Also the company was flexible in the way it works unlike many established firm The team culture was also good and it was an overall positive environment to work grow and learn

      Pros

      The team was always open to ideas and opinions from everyone on the team. I always found the space and liberty to try offbeat solutions for my tasks/assignments. There's a lot of interaction and engagement with the core team and therefore a lot of learning opportunity. There aren't specific roles that we were limited to and that really helped me explore my untapped potential, something that I would certainly miss out in a regular MNC.
