      Pros

      The brand provided an easy pitch to engage with certain candidates. The rag-tag bunch of ex-agency recruiters charged hourly consulting rates to do recruiting helping clients not employ inhouse recruiters.

      Cons

      The position was misrepresented to me because there was actually no upward mobility. There was no culture of innovation, changes were pretty random. There was a lot of working hard and not working smart.

      Pros

      Experience with many different start ups, laid back environment and they give a lot of ownership to manage your recruiting efforts at clients as you see best fit.

      Cons

      Some clients can be difficult to work with at first.
