Pros

- The people who work here are absolutely amazing (smart, kind, hard working, creative) - Your co-workers will support you - Work/life balance is good - Ability to learn a lot about the recruitment marketing industry and become an expert

Cons

- Consistently laying people off (including top performers) for the last 2 years - Have failed to backfill roles which has caused burnout - Likely will sell their tech to the highest bidder - No diversity in leadership - Little to no opportunity to receive bonus due to poor company performance and an outdated bonus plan - Inability to retain HR professionals - Discretionary 401k match (spoiler alert- you won't get one) - Lack of obtainable bonus and revenue goals - No clear process for promotions and advancement - Lack of job security - Leaders who are completely out of touch - Inability to implement real change after abysmal eNPS results - Nepotism and favoritism - Feels like a mens club when you look at leadership

Cons

- Leadership is completely out of touch with the amount of work you do and how hard it is. - Top down communication is really confusing or completely nonexistent. - Priorities constantly shift. - Everyone is constantly on edge and anxious.
