Good learning opportunity and exposure - Recruitment Consultant RecruitPedia Employee Review

I was with Recruitpedia for 1 year before leaving the company, I am so thankful and appreciate my mentor and management for being so patience to us since joined. Mentor and directors kept encouraging me whenever no result was showed, and provide guidance for us to improve. I gained a lot of different experience during the year, as a lot of different exposures have been provided for us to improve in our recruitment skills. I wouldn't say it is a super good company, as it is a start-up environment. However, the remuneration and benefits here are fair.
