Amit Ajmani, founder of RecruitForMe, is kind, compassionate and understanding, and so was everyone else. He wants to motivate you towards achieving bigger and better goals and will help you get there in any way he can. RecruitForMe isn't some strict business setting, it's a place where you can voice your thoughts and concerns, be heard and make a difference in the community. Amit recognizes your individual skills and tries to put you in a setting where you can utilize them most effectively. I started at RFM manually collecting data and was soon upgraded to a position in software, developing real tools and real skills for the real world. Amit made sure when I hit a roadblock, I'd get over it and become stronger because of it. I highly recommend working for these wonderful people.
Cons
Some of the initial work may grow somewhat tedious with time, but you will be given more opportunities to challenge yourself. There also isn't much room for major mistakes, but this is to be expected in a workplace setting: Amit wants you to succeed and willingly helps you along the way.
