Honestly, there are very few downsides to mention. The only reason I left was that I received a permanent position elsewhere with even more opportunities for growth.

Absolute freedom. They just ask you to be connected four hours a day and they don't mind when.

You need to be freelance what in Spain includes to pay almost 300€ a month. They just pay you for the hirings and they tell you that you will make about 4 o 5 deals monthly but nobody does that. You can check all the recruiters deals and no one get more than one or two so it's very difficult to live on 300€. It is fine if you have more clients but not to live just with them.
