Pros

Nice office space and some good people

Cons

Underpaid, understaffed, overworked. Company is stuck in this cycle of hiring fresh developers right out of school for cheap labor. Since they are underpaid, they just use it as a foot in the door and only stay for a few months, and then this repeats. The team constantly has new faces. The short time I was there, 8 developers had left. New developers receive almost zero training and are thrown on tasks with short deadlines. The team desperately needs a couple experienced developers instead of almost an entire team of newbies. Management was often rude and condescending with me in messages but then completely different in team meetings. They continuously take on new clientele while keeping their inexperienced IT team the same size and the pressure on developers just keeps getting more stressful. They don't tell customers no, so management is always down your throat with an unethical volume of tasks and an unreasonably short deadline. I've heard two different cases of workers not getting paid their last paycheck after leaving. Leadership seems oblivious to the toxic culture under IT management.
