      Coordination and support from clinical and technician staff. Everyone had each others' backs.

      Clientele becoming more medically and mentally unstable. Felt like being in a medical facility more than being in a rehab setting.

      Occasionally you can have a flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Culture can feel like it's more about the business than the clients. Long hours. No bonus or holiday pay. Have to take pto for sick days or doctor appointments
