Fast Paced, flexible, great for gain experience, fulfilling work. Relatively autonomous in work flow.
Cons
High turn over, poor organizational structure and communication. Caseload sizes are unreasonable. Metrics are unobtainable, even the senior CPST staff cannot hit all three metrics per month.
