      All pros. We have had an amazing staff, a team that loves their jobs. There was respect, we were a family.

      They closed their door, very sad for not only the staff, but the clients as well

      Pros

      Salary is competitive, positive team, incentives, true to mission and vision, client outcomes, generally like to wake up and come to my office. Also, the coffee is good and nice staff break rooms.

      Cons

      Having to take PTO for holidays where my office is closed anyway. Parking at some sites.
