Pros

Front line team are hard working and welcoming

Cons

-Dreadful pay … “benchmarked” against the industry, so they knowingly are paying lower than anywhere else in the sector -Total lack of respect or appreciation -Lots of pointless admin means little time to actually support people -Ops teams paid the least, have the most work to do and then continually asked to do tasks for central services who seemingly do nothing but make mistakes

Pros

Good systems experience with use of Workday Great colleagues and staff - those working in the services are committed to caring for service-users Good work-life balance

Cons

Pay is slightly less competitive - but it is a charity so to be expected Senior management doesn't recognise the value of its existing employees - recognise their value and promote from within instead of recruiting externally. There needs to be a longer-term thought process around keeping your high performers and developing them.
