Pros

Recovery Cleaners is a great place to develop a career and all the necessary tools and education were given to me from day one. The support from leadership and the staff is astounding and the work has a gratifying aspect to it, helping homeowners get their lives back to normal!

Cons

It’s emergency services, so sometimes the hours can go beyond normal office hours for certain job roles. But the compensation and benefits aligns with that.

Pros

Working for Recovery Cleaners for the past two and a half years has been an amazing, exhilarating experience. I don't just consider my co-workers as just "co-workers"-I consider them to be my family. Its amazing to see the hard work, dedication, and positivity in everyone here. Its a beautiful thing to see just how empathetic and helpful everyone is towards each and every homeowner that has gone through a loss. Very grateful for the opportunities this company has given me, and every time I walk in to work, I feel truly at home.

Pros

Team! Many, not all, team members are amazing people!

Cons

The owner is manipulative, and uses employees for gain and then will pull the rug out from underneath them. She is a master in sales and manipulative sales which entices you to think she really cares for you and wants you on her team. At the drop of the hat, she will cut the cord. Steer clear only a couple have been with the company for many years, most are very new or tolerant. She seeks weak people she can control again which is why those with boundaries leave or get let go (non compliance of owners wants).
