Everybody is friendly and it's a very relaxing environment. You don't have to dress up and they have flexible hours.

I don't want to speak bad about a company that I am working for. If there are cons, that is between employees who work there. Also, every place has cons so you just have to suck it up. Just do your job and management will treat you right.
