Great people Diverse, international workforce - lots of opportunity to develop into new roles, regions and projects Clear purpose to enable the circular economy for businesses (a really interesting area) Good leadership and communication Good policies for things like maternity and parental leave, colleague engagement, recognition, learning and development (I've had support for learning on the job and external professional development) Customers are happy and service is generally very good
Cons
Pace is fast. This is exciting, but means a lot of hard work So much change in terms of growth and acquiring other companies can result in systems and collaboration being a little tricky sometimes
