Big problems - Case Manager Reconnect Health Services Employee Review

Terrible management - many managers are micromanaging their teams and bully/harass staff. There are a few good apples, but for the most part there are a lot of problems. They do not work well with the union. Decisions about programming comes from a top down approach with no interest in hearing what front line staff have to say, and the only thing that matters is reaching benchmarks. -They do not care about wellbeing of staff and never approve accomodations requests.
