Pros

Having the ability to choose your own work hours is very good, if you aren't used to working you can start with low hours and change your shift to get more whenever you feel ready. Great experience for customer service if you want this to be a temporary job. The supervisors and co-workers are very nice people and make working here more enjoyable. You can have things at your desk to pass the time like drawing or puzzle books

Cons

It can be very slow somedays, there's no weekly pay, and although it is nice having a flexible shift you can make your own there's not that much variety of when you can come in. It gets very loud and can be overwhelming to some, and headphones and good computers are hard to get if you don't get there early.
