Pros
Where to start... An awesome team with lots of talent makes for great collaboration. The leadership program is one of the best I've been a part of - really focuses on building your skills within your role and ways to move up within the company. Stands by their open and honest culture. And, of course, the 4 day work week is a huge plus!
Cons
Not many come to mind. There are similar cons to any other job in consulting - tight deadlines, managing client expectations, etc.
