The work is overwhelming, favoritism in the HR Dept. Unseasoned and inexperienced people being promoted with no training. No training program in place for onboarding new HR folks, antiquated systems and processes. No support form Sr. Management or the Executives. Corporate heavy handed with all decisions, no room for managers or professionals to manage their respective areas.
