      Cons

      No training, expected you to know everything before you started. Seemed to me they mass hire and keep a few the rest only last a few days, or weeks.

      Great Company who stands behind there employees

      Cons

      Should allow for distribution of ALL funds from esop account if u leave the company. And not have to wait for a distribution over years !
