You’ll never feel like just another number, no matter how much we grow. The leadership, including the C-suite, genuinely cares about each employee - not just as a team member but as a person. They genuinely care about their people. Additionally, the company has a drive to innovate and push boundaries which isn’t an easy feat in the heavily saturated research technology space!
