Not a good company for Employees - Senior Software Engineer Recode Solutions Employee Review

I have over 21 years of experience in the software industry and have spent more than 6 years at Recode Solutions, and I can honestly say this has been one of the most rewarding places I’ve worked. Coming from large MNCs, what really stands out here is the openness, strong culture, and the fact that people truly come first—it’s not just something said on slides. There’s no shortage of learning opportunities. I was a bit hesitant to move from a reputed MNC to a growing company, but the level of ownership, hands-on learning, and real impact I’ve had at Recode has far exceeded what I experienced during my previous 15 years in big organizations.

Like any fast-growing company, things can move quickly and expectations can be high, so it’s important to be mindful of burnout and pace yourself.

I’ve been working here for around four years, and it’s been a great experience overall. I’ve learned so much, worked with an amazing and supportive team, and grown both personally and professionally. The work culture is really positive. people are respectful, collaborative, and always open to learning. As a woman employee I really appreciate how much the company values work-life balance and creates a supportive environment. My manager and team were super understanding during my maternity phases and it meant a lot.

The workload can get pretty intense during critical project phases. Would love to see more team-building activities and cross-team collaboration.
