Profit over sustainability, poor work life balance, category management undervalued, relies heavily on goodwill of staff, always prioritise short term over long term, endless cost cutting, huge amounts of politics, encourages and rewards poor behaviour/leadership as long as targets hit

Cons
Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
