      Hybrid model, company products for free (bimonthly batches), good pay and benefits, good location. Informal and casual atmosphere.

      Cons

      Too many changes in the past few years, unstable structure with high turnover among employees as a consequence. Very intense working atmosphere, too much work and lack of procedures. Also staff shortage at times.

      Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

      Cons

      Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
