      Great, hard-working people. Excellent pension and benefits package.

      Really no progression opportunities for the vast majority of people. Base salary is average. Long hours and expected to be available to work late into evenings and over weekends.

      Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

      Cons

      Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
