      I have worked for Reckitt for over 5 years and have been able to grow my career within the company, there are opportunities to move both between Global teams and internationally

      There is always a lot of change, which has positives but also creates uncertainty within the business

      Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

      Cons

      Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
