      Good people and oportunities to put hand on work. Possibilities to grow and to experiment bussiness. Error is something admited.

      Cons

      Weak leadership, areas that only play for themselves. Silo way of working and each area trying for their goals. The culture and strategy changes continuously and some changes has no sense. A lot of overwork and hours invested in things that finally never move to the next stage
