      Good pay and convenient location at Schipol Airport

      Cons

      The leadership team do not walk the talk. A typically old school, rather toxic and very Alpha culture. Meetings are chaotic conflict zones. Not enough structure or streamlined process in places to ensure consistency but also fairness and equality, down to project process level.

      Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

      Cons

      Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
