Pros
Good culture and friendly staff. A very relaxed atmosphere. Managers are always willing to help, and a flat structure makes communication with senior colleagues very easy.
Cons
Can often be too relaxed. People tend to take off early from work as there is no clock in system. In terms of the internship, not enough information is given on tasks and projects that need to be done.
