      - Pressure driven culture .. not for everyone - Business objectives driven ... only numbers that count are on the P&L - Leadership focused on delivering the number .... don't expect hand holding/training at any level - Going through significant changes .... only for those who can adapt quickly and still deliver - No work life balance
