      Very big company with big presence in Malaysia. Usually pays well. Lots of different role/function available to good to grow career.

      Cons

      Tough culture, so not for everyone. But those to can survive, strives. Also continuous change in company direction at group level, this brings a bit of instability to the markets.

      Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

      Cons

      Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
