Pros

You do a job, they pay you a salary

Cons

RB is divided into two sections: Hygiene and Health. It´s two separate companies operating under the same corporate brand. This review is for health in Canada (enfamil, durex, veet, ky, etc) -Company runs very lean: this means people doing the job of 2 or 3 people. Plus, their compensation is way behind the market (if you get an offer, compare with industry average cause THEY WILL lowball you). It also means the company will always get the cheapest vendor for everything, which leads to bad or no systems, mediocre agencies, etc. - insane targets: they will always ask you to accomplish crazy targets, with very little support. That means, for example, people usually DO NOT make their bonus, as many people have not gotten it in the past few years. -bad environment: general dissatisfaction for the past few years with little to no real action taken from local leadership team. This is also a very political and "cliquey" company, with some people inside the clique getting away with gross mismanagement or bullying behaviors. Lots of turnover in some areas. -Low investment in people: little to no training or onboarding. Very "sink or swim". HR spends most of the time trying to improve corporate image by promoting their "freedom to succeed" employer brand. This is just a euphemism for "entrepreneurial". Savvy job seekers know (and if you are reading this, you probably are one) that "entrepreneurial" means "high stress, no structure, support or strategic clarity". Beware the 5 stars reviews here, I don´t see how a company like this gets bad climate scores gets 5 star reviews here. I suspect score manipulation. These are just a few things, I can write about this forever. In summary: do not consider. RB is a low quality employer with deep cultural and structural issues. You deserve better.
