Pros

Pockets of brilliance and high-achieving MBAs that are collaborative, supportive, and inspiring via their actions and thinking. Very tough to find yourself in the company of one of these teams as they are far and few, but if you do get matched up, count your stars. you are very fortunate!

Cons

1) homegrown Intl farm system for marketers at the undergrad level means Mgrs with no other real work experience aside from RB. This reinforces the antiquated culture and mentality that everyone else on glass door has mentioned and that RB has been trying to shed - bad attitudes, questionable work ethic, poor treatment of supporting functions and staff, very short term scope with all tactics (no strategy), no sense of how to motivate others or operate in humane civilized fashion, low standard of personal output, always passing the buck, etc. 2) MBA intern pools continue to suffer. Each year has gotten progressively worse, probably due to poor recruiting efforts at top schools, plus reputation being tainted and reinforced by bad eggs mentioned in point 1. Tenacity, initiative, EQ,charisma, creativity, aptitude, resourcefulness, all are lacking. Give us actual talent we can work with!

Pros

Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

Cons

Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
