Pros
Mid level managers are great and fun to work with, some of the line employees are great and hardworking, maternity leave, vacation, and salary are all competitive.
Cons
Upper leadership only cares about results, not about their people or the steps taken to achieve results. The company favors short term gain with temporary changes, rather than taking steps to improve the culture and increase retention to have more lasting gains. If you are good at your job you will get worked to death with minimal increase in salary.
