Pros
- company result oriented that will push you everyday to give your best - possible to learn very quickly - a lot of responsibilities even when you start and young people can have very senior positions - people working at RB are smart - great brands and products known worldwide
Cons
- HR not human at all: they don't value the people in the company and treat you like an asset, that's a shame because most of employees and managers were great - salaries quite low for a lot of pressure
