Pros

- Big brands - Decent salary

Cons

- Culture: not for team players, every individual for themselves - HR: not there to support employees e.g. graduates going on field sales rotations will only be told where they will be based 1-2 weeks before being moved, and despite being told they are given a preference, they are sent to seemingly randomly across the UK with no transparency (same lack of transparency applies to graduate rotations) - Location: the office is only in a decent location if you are willing to drive to work; living anywhere in London means relying on trains from Paddington that only run every 30mins-1hr (for the fast train), and then waiting for a shuttle to the office - the office is NOT near Slough station

Pros

Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

Cons

Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
