Pros
They are raising pay in hopes to attract workers across the board. That means you can get a good pay increase. You do get to buy the product for cheap. Health care costs are low.
Cons
So many. For starters they have no training for you in the office. SOP or written instructions are just not their. Every plant operates differently so you can’t rely on them to be able to assist you. As well you will probably not do what the job description says or what you are told in the interviews because they are liars. The have no real direction as a plant or company just product and sell as much as possible so everyone dyes their own goals and no one works together. Run run run do not take it
