      Good exposure to work in the best MNC. if you are permanent employee surely you will go great heights in career ladder as well as this company pays the best in class. If you are in a global team then frequent foreign tours are there among several perks.

      Cons

      bad treatment with contractual staffs. somewhat work pressure is always there. partiality in team among seniors and juniors. management level people do nothing instead of putting on juniors with work load.
