Pros

The number of employees worldwide is tiny relative to the competitors and so you are exposed from day one to senior level employees. This could be sitting next to someone at top 40 level during the day or then sharing a lunch table with the CEO. The company is relatively young and so you have the opportunity to share thoughts with likeminded people of a similar age. The social side to the company as a whole is very good, whether it be for charity work or planning incentives for employees.

Cons

The company as a whole is very politically driven. Your progress through the firm relies heavily on who you know as opposed to the quality of your work. There is a large gap in pay between lower end and higher end employees. This is true in all companies but the gap here is disproportionate. It is only once you have been working for many years and reach top 400 status that your salary becomes respectable.
