      Pros

      The company offers great salaries to its employees. Benefits for individuals is great, not sure about a family plan.

      Cons

      Very little work/life balance. Prepare to work 6 days a week and 12+ hours a day during busy season which usually lasts from June to February/March. Poor training for staff, unless you are a member of upper management.
