Pros

It's a large Fortune 500 company, with global reach and some very well known brands. That kind of helps when it comes to looking for a new job. There are some nice people and people are very much can-do.

Cons

Where do you begin? It's a highly political, back-stabbing culture that delights in flouting the rules - and even encourages it. You really feel like a slave: the place is so under-resourced that you effectively do the job of three people, working all hours of the day and night for median levels of pay. I can't count the number of times I fell asleep at my laptop late into the night while working on something for them. They pile you with so much work it's impossible to succeed - you're basically set-up to fail. HR have the attitude that everyone's replaceable so they don't really care about people - the job of HR seems more about putting a gloss on something that's utterly shabby and trying to stop the company from being sued.

Pros

Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

Cons

Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
