      Pros

      Excellent facilities, very smart employees. Strong brands to be proud of. Decisive senior management. Acquisitive company meaning that there is always exciting news - keeps employees engaged. Senior Management bonus scheme is very rewarding. Good share price growth.

      Cons

      Some personal development training and support, but could be more extensive. Bonus based on individual results leads to some very focused, achievement oriented behaviour which can have negative consequences.

      Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

      Cons

      Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
