      There was a lot of communication involved, people were willing to discuss and talk about the problems. Feedback was available

      Even after internship and good review, the management continues to change so there is very little option for you to be hired

      Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

      Cons

      Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
