Great place to work - Business Development Manager Recapped Employee Review

I've had my share of toxic work environments. Recapped is finally a place where I feel like I can grow and be a part of a team that cares!!

I don't think of this as a con. It's a start up, so the adventure of creating new processes is here and carving the path to the future of Recapped. I feel like I'm a big part of it!

Decent product but not much else

Toxic workplace and leadership. No HR and extremely unprofessional. Wreckless attempts to scale, resulting in multiple layoffs. Fake positive reviews.
