I’ve worked at a few recruitment agencies and whiles I’ve had a good experience, it’s safe to say that Recann has been the best by far. I work within a small but great team of consultants and we have access to Recann’s bespoke application. This makes the job a lot easier to do, especially with client and candidate interaction. Directors are great, invest a lot of time and effort in help the consultants develop with career progression. I would classify the working environment as a great place to work with lots of fun activities such as team lunches, monthly and quarterly incentives. I would highly recommend the business to anyone interested in pursuing a career within recruitment.

The long hours required which is expected in any recruitment company as candidates are easier to get hold of in the evening / early mornings.
